Renting Process
- 1. Sign Letter of intent
- 2. Pay security refundable deposit (Within 7days of signing LOI)
- 3. Parties agree on special building requirements
- 4. Building is modified or built in 3 months
- 5. Sign lease agreement (Security Deposit on clause 2 will be transferred to as lease deposit for the lease agreement)
- 6. Occupy the building 30 days after completion
- 7. Start trading and make money
